Sneak Peak 11/25/2010
Christmas Village in Philadelphia opens its doors for the first time this year on Thanksgiving Day from 9am till 5pm (after the Thanksgiving Day Parade).

Opening Ceremony 11/27/10
The traditional prologue, spoken by the Nuremberg Christkind will be part of this opening ceremony. This new highlight will be framed by musical performances at Christmas Village's central stage. The opening ceremony starts 3pm.

City Hall Tree Lighting Ceremony 12/01/10
Mayor Michael A. Nutter will light the traditional Holiday tree on the west side of City Hall accompanied by musical performances.

German American Weekend 12/04/10 - 12/05/10
Christmas Village will feature a special German American Weekend, dedicated to German American heritage and cultural organizations.

Army Navy Weekend 12/11/10 - 12/12/10
Christmas Village celebrates the Army/Navy Game in Philadelphia with special performances!

International Weekend 12/18/10 - 12/19/10
Local cultural heritage clubs will perform at this weekend to show the cultures of their countries of origin.

Special event program for the whole family with facepainters, magicians, balloons and much more.
